Getting into our mathematics groups
We have finished getting into math's groups and we are now getting used to how our mathematics will run each day. 

We warm up using lots of materials such as number fans. This is a good opportunity to get our brains in gear for lots of math's. We enjoy doing these math's games together in the group. 

Ways of making 5

Today we worked with materials to find out all the different ways we can make 5 and 10. We really need to get good at instantly recalling all the ways we can make 5, so we have been practicing. 

We really enjoyed working as a team to write down the different equations that came up using our ball and stick equipment.

We may not have all of them right but you should see how well we have done all by ourselves!
